Carma Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and organized BDC Representative with strong executive/general assistant skills to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing chat channels, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our executive team.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound chat channels from potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments for customers with sales representatives.
Provide administrative support to our executive team, including data entry, document preparation, and
Assist with marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a BDC representative or executive assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
