JOB OVERVIEW

We are a land surveying company located in Salt Lake City, Utah and we need a BD Staff specialized in Lead Generation.


Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels, including online sources and databases
• Utilize prospecting tools and strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Craft personalized and compelling messages to engage prospects and create interest in our services.
• Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile. Engage with prospects through personalized communication to understand their needs, pain points, and buying intentions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide them with relevant lead information and context.
• Participate in sales meetings to provide insights and feedback gathered from interactions with leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Make proposals, estimates, and other related documents for the client.

Skills /attributes required:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Experience with cold calling
• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Strong project and time management skills
• Persistent, proactive, and self-motivated with a tenacious attitude towards lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential customers
• Familiarity with lead generation software and lead tracking tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets
