The B2B Associate will execute a sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate products. This associate will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. As B2B Associate, your essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
-Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
-Develop competitive pricing strategies.
-Follow through with customers and ensure satisfaction.
-Develop sales quota targets.
-Anticipate revenues.
-Develop partnerships with Vendor Field Sales Representatives and optimize the joint selling opportunities.
-Demonstrate company products and solutions.
-Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
-Follow up with leads aggressively.
