About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Assistant to support our B2B sales efforts. This role will focus on lead generation and outreach to key decision-makers, such as Creative Directors, HR Managers, and Design Directors, to introduce them to Print Design Academy’s training memberships.
You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and guiding potential clients through a sales process designed to showcase the benefits of our program and lead them to sign up their team.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Research and identify high-quality leads daily, focusing on in-house designers and creative teams in companies that could benefit from our training.
Outreach: Draft personalized and professional
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach efforts in our CRM tool.
Communication Support: Assist in refining outreach messaging to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the value of our programs.
Track Questions: Help us achieve a continually improving sales process by tracking and answering prospect's FAQ.
Follow-Up: Help monitor responses and manage follow-ups to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
Strong English Skills: Excellent written and spoken English with an eye for grammar and clarity.
Experience: Background in sales and lead generation. Experience in B2B outreach is a plus.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: A thorough and organized approach to research and communication.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn,
Passion for Design (Bonus): Knowledge or interest in the graphic design and print industry is a big advantage.
