We are hiring B2B Telesales + Admin Role!
Responsibilities:
Telesales (2 hours/day):
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses from existing lead lists
- Reach out to new potential clients who may not be familiar with our platform
- Sell advertising packages for website features and social media promotions
- Explain the benefits of gaining exposure through our website and social media accounts
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Administrative Tasks (6 hours/day):
- Attend to
- Schedule social media posts across all social media platforms
- Update our business' service packages regularly
- Regularly update our website with content (WordPress)
- Regularly update our data spreadsheets
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be female (this is an all female company)
- Proven experience in B2B telesales or cold calling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain advertising concepts and packages effectively
- Resilience and persistence in following up with potential clients
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is preferred
- Must be computer-savvy
- We cannot stress this enough: honest, trustworthy, and dependable!
- Proficient with 1password, Microsoft 365, to update, CRM tools
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Research-driven and has initiative
- Proactive, independent thinker, minimal supervision
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can balance telesales activities with administrative duties efficiently.
