We’re an innovative B2B SaaS startup offering cloud backup solutions for businesses worldwide. As a company in its early stages, we’re on the hunt for a sales superstar from the Philippines to become one of our first hires. This role is perfect for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, build a sales process from scratch, and grow with us.

We are a startup and many processes don't yet exist - You'd help us build them so that we can close deals together. You'd work closely with our technical founder to help with technical presales, and there'd be an element of collaboration and trust between us. You are the sales expert, and we have industry expertise that you can leverage, and a brilliant product that you can help us to sell.

What You’ll Do
As our SaaS Sales Development Specialist, you’ll:
Own the Sales Process: Identify new prospects, reach out, conduct demos, and close deals.
Client Relationship Building: Develop meaningful relationships with potential customers through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Showcase the Product: Conduct engaging product demos and articulate the value of our solution.
Strategize with Leadership: Work closely with the founder to refine go-to-market strategies and sales goals. Help us understand the tools you feel we need to help you succeed.
Report & Optimize: Maintain detailed sales records, track performance, and suggest improvements.

Your Profile
Proven Sales Experience: At least 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Sales Achievement: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets—share your successes with us!
Technical Savvy: Comfortable explaining tech concepts and conducting software demos.
Global Client Experience: Bonus if you’ve worked with international clients - Let us know which regions!
Excellent Communication Skills: Professional-level verbal English.
Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in startups and love building from scratch.
