Are you a motivated and results-driven salesperson looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a dynamic B2B salesperson to join our vacation rental business, with a focus on generating bookings from travel agencies, relocation agencies, insurance companies, and other corporate clients across the US. This is a remote opportunity with a commission-based salary and a lucrative bonus structure based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect B2B clients such as travel agencies, relocation agencies, insurance companies, and other potential partners to generate bookings for our vacation rental properties.
Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to pitch our vacation rental services and secure partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
Track leads, calls, and progress through a CRM system, ensuring detailed and organized records of client interactions.
Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies, share feedback, and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, real estate, or vacation rental industry.
Familiarity with CRM software, tracking sales activities, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively pitch and negotiate deals.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
