JOB OVERVIEW

We are a boutique video agency operating from Melbourne, Australia servicing a variety of businesses, organisations and not-for-profits. We are looking for a highly motivated Part-Time B2B Sales Representative to join our team and help drive outbound sales of our video and digital marketing offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct B2B outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify leads and identify potential clients
Set up sales appointments in the founder’s calendar
Provide weekly progress reports on outreach and conversion metrics
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools like Hubspot, and email outreach strategies
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and availability for weekly check-ins via google meet
Able to join the company Slack message and respond to messages in real-time
