B2B Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist

We’re an early-stage business consulting firm looking for a hands-on, strategic, and resourceful B2B Sales Professional to be our first hire in client acquisition. If you have a proven track record of closing deals, managing Upwork & Fiverr accounts, and leveraging online communities to generate inbound leads, this is your chance to own the sales process from first contact to close and shape the foundation of our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, outreach, closing, and managing client relationships.
- Optimize & manage our Upwork & Fiverr accounts to increase inquiries and conversion rates.
- Develop strategies for maximizing inbound leads from freelance platforms, Facebook groups, forums, and industry networks.
- Create repeatable sales processes to scale client acquisition efficiently.
- Work directly with the founder & development team to ensure smooth project handoffs and long-term client success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong closing rate and client management skills.
- Experience acquiring clients via Upwork & Fiverr, including strategies for boosting visibility and outreach effectiveness - must have exceptional proposal writing and follow up!
- Understanding of cold outreach & lead generation techniques in niche online communities.
- Process-driven mindset – comfortable building and iterating on sales workflows in a startup environment.
- Highly proactive & adaptable – we’re a lean team, and you’ll play a key role in setting up our client acquisition engine.

Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: $3/hour
- Estimated Monthly Earnings:

- With 10h/week (40h/month) ? $120 base salary
- Plus just one $1,000 deal closed per month at 15% commission ? +$150 commission
- Total estimated minimum monthly earnings: $270
- High performers closing multiple deals can significantly increase earnings through commissions!

???? Commission Breakdown:

10% commission on contracts valued between $50 - $499
12% commission on contracts between $500 - $999
15% commission on contracts $1,000+
