We’re seeking a driven and results-focused Virtual Assistant with expertise in B2B SEO and lead generation. This role goes beyond simply applying SEO techniques—it’s about achieving tangible, strategic outcomes that enhance traffic, local search presence, and high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist with strong writing abilities, skilled at using content-driven SEO to boost rankings and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
-Design and execute a data-driven SEO strategy focused on increasing qualified B2B leads and improving local search visibility.
-Conduct daily technical SEO audits and implement advanced optimizations that impact performance.
-Utilize a content-led SEO approach, emphasizing high-value keywords and crafting lead-generating content.
-Implement local SEO tactics to enhance our Google Business Profile rankings and user engagement.
-Optimize website structure, loading speeds, mobile usability, and schema markup.
-Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, keyword research, and on-page optimizations.
-Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword positions, lead generation, and conversion rates.
-Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to improve search rankings and website efficiency.
-Monitor B2B SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Business Manager.

-Stay up to date with the latest local SEO strategies, AI innovations, and Google algorithm updates.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record of SEO success with measurable results—must provide case studies or supporting data on SEO growth, lead generation, and ranking improvements.
-Expertise in B2B SEO (not eCommerce SEO) with experience in generating organic leads and conversions for service-based businesses.
-Strong content writing skills, particularly in on-page SEO and content optimization for lead generation.
-Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles, with a solid understanding of local ranking factors.
-Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Manager.
-Experience using AI-powered SEO tools to enhance content and improve search rankings.
-Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS to implement on-site SEO enhancements.
-Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate SEO strategies.
Bonus Skills:
-Experience with conversion rate optimization to boost lead generation.
-Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT-related keywords (a plus but not required).
