Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
•Create visually striking graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising materials.
•Ensure consistency in design elements that reflect the brand identities of B2B clients.
2. Visual Content Creation:
•Develop visually compelling content, including infographics, illustrations, and other graphic assets.
•Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative visual concepts.
3. Brand Consistency:
•Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
•Adapt design styles to suit the unique identities of different B2B clients.
4. Collaboration:
•Work closely with the creative director, marketing teams, and clients to understand design requirements and project objectives.
•Collaborate with copywriters, motion graphics specialists, and other tea
5. Project Management:
•Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
•Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative design ideas into projects.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Graphic Designer or Visual Content Creator, preferably in a B2B digital marketing environment.
2.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3.Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and visual content projects.
4.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to align visual elements with campaign objectives.
5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
