Role Overview:
As the B2B
This is a full-time, dedicated role with set working hours. You must be readily available during your shift and committed to working solely with our company. We use Time Doctor to track work hours for our international team. We offer comprehensive in-house training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage personalized
- Handle multiple
- Optimize subject lines, preview text, and content for improved open rates and engagement
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and messaging
- Collaborate with our design team for graphics (no graphic creation required)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversions
- Stay up to date on AI trends and adapt
- Ensure accurate integration with BigCommerce and maintain smooth data syncing
- Be readily accessible and responsive during working hours in our virtual environment
- Possibility for future involvement in social media management, though currently separate
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in
- -Strong understanding of
- Ability to strategically manage several
- Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines
- Strong work ethic, commitment to set hours, and ability to work in a virtual team environment

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions
- Understanding of
