B2B Cold Caller/Appt Setter (Hourly Plus Commission) - Web Design/SEO Agency

Hello! I am looking for a cold caller/appointment setter to join my team. We are a web design and SEO agency. You will be responsible for reaching out to small businesses to set appointments so that we can build them a website if they do not have one or improve their current site if it is outdated in order to help them build a trusted brand and get more business!

Responsibilities:

- Cold call small businesses to introduce our website design and improvement services.
- Set appointments for consultations with potential clients.
- Prospect and create a personal leads list (training and tools provided).
- Use our manual dialer system efficiently for outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
- Handle objections confidently and follow provided scripts effectively.

Requirements:

- 3 to 4 hours per day to start but will quickly move to full-time based on performance.
- Must have exceptional English with no accent as seamless communication with US-based clients is crucial.
- Must have cold calling and/or sales experience
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Comfortable working U.S. time zones (choose from EST, MST, CDT, or PST).
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Experience with GHL would be great but is not required
- Experience or knowledge in Web design and SEO is great but not required

Compensation:

- Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience. There is always an opportunity to earn more based on performance.
