Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Cold Caller with expertise in VOIP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business clients, presenting our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients using VOIP systems.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through research and follow-up.
Present company products and services clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or telemarketing.
Hands-on experience with VOIP systems for outbound calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience in lead generation for specific industries is a plus
Must be comfortable using a time-tracking system
