Role Overview:
As a B2B Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to initiate high-quality conversations with decision-makers, qualify potential leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. You’ll be on the frontlines of outreach—making a lasting first impression that opens the door for high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects using lead lists or CRM data

Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company criteria

Clearly and confidently communicate our value proposition

Set up appointments or demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM

Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions)

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B cold calling or outbound sales

Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication

Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Tech-savvy with a quiet, professional home setup for calling

Preferred:

Experience calling into U.S markets

Background in, Marketing, or Tech industries

Ability to adapt sales script based on prospect needs
