B2B Cold Caller

Are you a strong, confident individual who isn't afraid to jump on the phone and make calls or send texts to clients? We're looking for a Cold Caller to join our team! Your main role will be to reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and maintain warm relationships with existing clients through regular communication.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new leads.
- Follow up with clients via phone calls and text messages to keep them engaged and warm.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Develop and use effective calling scripts to engage clients and qualify leads.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a must..
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
