What You’ll Do
Handle Inbound Calls: Manage inbound calls from prospective SMB clients, providing information and assisting them in understanding how Gushwork.ai can drive their marketing success.
Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients through calls,
Build Pipeline: Generate high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline, ensuring qualified opportunities are handed off to the sales team.
Personalize Pitches: Tailor messaging to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring meaningful engagement during inbound interactions.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to refine strategies, share insights from inbound calls, and drive success toward revenue targets.
Track and Report: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide detailed insights into lead quality, pipeline health, and progress toward goals.
What We’re Looking For
US Calling Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, with a focus on handling inbound calls from US-based clients.
B2B SaaS Background: Proven experience in selling SaaS products or services to SMB clients.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in managing inbound calls, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport quickly.
SMB Experience: Experience in working with SMB clients is highly preferred.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and dynamic workloads.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
Remote Position: Willing to work the night shift, 9 PM - 5 AM PHT, from a remote location.
