CMIT Solutions of Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Autotask Administrator to help manage and optimize our Autotask PSA system. This is a part-time, contract-based role (approximately 5 hours per week) with flexibility, perfect for someone experienced with Autotask who can take ownership of system configuration, automation, and billing operations.
Contract Management:
Create, modify, and manage service contracts and recurring billing agreements
Maintain accurate customer and contract records
Workflows & Automation:
Design and implement custom workflows, notifications, and automation rules
Optimize ticket routing and status management
Billing & Invoicing:
Oversee and process billing and invoicing within Autotask
Ensure invoice accuracy and timely delivery
Work with QuickBooks integration (if applicable)
System Setup & Configuration:
Customize dashboards, user roles, and security settings
Assist with new user onboarding and permissions
Maintain integrations and plugins
General Administration:
Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to Autotask configurations
Document changes and create user-friendly process guides
Requirements:
Proven experience with Autotask PSA administration
Strong understanding of Autotask billing, invoicing, and contract functionality
Experience creating and managing workflows and automation rules
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Familiarity with MSP operations a strong plus
