Job Description:

We seek highly motivated and dynamic Virtual Service Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive and a proven track record of success in customer service, technical support, and sales.
As a Virtual Service Advisor, you will build and maintain client relationships, identify their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist and collaborate with clients to provide them with an exceptional experience
- Listen to clients' needs and preferences to understand their requirements
- Communicate with clients' customers through a messaging platform
- Determine service schedules, repairs and recommendations for vehicle maintenance of clients' customers
- Order and/or inquire parts from suppliers through phone calls, website, integration or SMS

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have a basic understanding and decent navigation of computers and websites
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Proven experience in automotive sales is an advantage, (not a requirement!)
