Schedule Details:

EOWEO Shift Pattern (Every Other Weekend Off):
11-hour (+1h lunch) shift from 07:00 to 19:00 UK time (15:00 to 03:00 the next day in the Philippines).

Rotation:
Week 1: Mon+Tue ON, Wed+Thu OFF, Fri+Sat+Sun ON
Week 2: Mon+Tue OFF, Wed+Thu ON, Fri+Sat+Sun OFF

Compensation:

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission - The more you sell, the more you earn.
Payments: Direct to your local bank account.
Customizable Holidays - Choose your own paid leave days.
