Automotive BDC Team Leader

The BDC Team Leader oversees a team of BDC representatives, training and motivating them to succeed while also handling some of their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Train: Guide and support the BDC team to reach performance goals.
Customer Interaction: Make calls and follow up with customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Monitor Performance: Track team metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with sales and service teams to align efforts.
Report Data: Prepare simple reports on team performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications:

Experience in BDC or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM software.
