We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to help streamline various operational tasks across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in workflow automation, process optimization, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement automation for operational tasks across various platforms.

-Create automated workflows for Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, OpenPhone, Airbnb, Hospitable, QuickBooks, and WhatsApp.

-Automate bookkeeping tasks to improve financial process efficiency.

-Set up and maintain automated reminders and notifications.

-Develop text automation for cleaner communication and customer interactions.

-Ensure seamless integrations between different software tools to enhance productivity.

-Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in workflow automation and system integrations.

-Strong understanding of platforms like Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, OpenPhone, Airbnb, Hospitable, QuickBooks, and WhatsApp.

-Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar.

-Basic knowledge of APIs and scripting languages is a plus.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automating bookkeeping processes.

Prior experience in the hospitality or property management industry.

Familiarity with chatbot or text automation tools.
