Description of Role: HighLevel Automation Specialist
Ripe OS is looking for a proactive, smart and resourceful HighLevel/GoHighLevel Automations Specialist to join our Internal Team. If you’re the kind of person who sees problems before they happen, love to create automations from scratch and from snapshots and find smarter ways to do things – we NEED YOU!
In this role, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automation workflows, campaigns, landing pages, webhooks, integrations, websites, and lead management systems within GoHighLevel. But this isn’t just about setting up automations. We want someone obsessed with creating efficient systems.
You should have a deep understanding of marketing automation, client relationship management, database reactivations, A2P verification, double opt-ins and lead nurturing strategies to help drive business growth and improve client experiences. Responsibilities: Take action and drive results!

Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize automation workflows, pipelines, integrations, webhooks, landing pages, websites and other automation situations within the GoHighLevel platform to improve lead generation, sales appointments, sales engagements, client onboarding, VA onboarding, applications, client engagement etc.
Campaign Management: Create, manage, maintain, adjust, or assist in the creation of email, SMS, and voicemail database reactivation campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the GoHighLevel CRM system for Ripe OS, ensuring all company, client and VA data is accurate, organized, and properly segmented.
Integration: Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms, such as Zapier, Stripe, Google Sheets, social media channels and other apps and tools (as much as possible) to create seamless workflows.
Custom Funnels and Landing Pages: Build custom landing pages, sales funnels,online training courses and membership sites using GoHighLevel’s tools to support Ripe OS’ initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of automations and campaigns, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven or requested adjustments to improve results.
Client Onboarding: Assist with the setup and customization of GoHighLevel sub-accounts for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper system configuration.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to sales, the operations director, internal team and VAs with clients by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and ensuring smooth operation of the CRM.
Assist with Process Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: At times, you may be asked to do some brief technical calls in order to train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other VAs on the effective use of the GoHighLevel platform and its features.

Requirements:

Standardized Requirements-
-A minimum of 3 years experience utilizing Highlevel, Zapier and/or Upgrade to see actual info
-Can work remotely and available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with your other full-time job
-EXCELLENT ENGLISH communication skills, both written and verbal is a MUST
-An obsession with your craft
-Skills in critical thinking and problem solving
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Technical Requirements:
-Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)
-Must have a main device (laptop or desktop) and backup device (laptop) which are both in working order
-Fast and reliable private broadband internet connection with a minimum Download speed of 50 mbps and minimum Upload speed of 30 mbps (Will be tested during screening)
-Access to a headset or microphone


Salary:

$2000 per month
