Automation and AI Specialist

We're seeking a skilled part-time team member to assist with automation, AI integration, and Go High Level management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various automation tools and AI technologies, with a focus on streamlining marketing and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

Automation and Integration
- Develop and implement automation workflows using tools like Make.com and Go High Level
- Create content creation automation systems to improve efficiency
- Set up and manage social media posting automation
- Implement monitoring tools that provide real-time alerts for various business metrics

AI and Data Management
- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for content generation and optimization
- Develop and manage database reactivation campaigns via SMS
- Create and maintain prospect nurturing sequences using email and SMS
- Analyze data to improve automation processes and AI-driven strategies

Go High Level Management
- Configure and optimize Go High Level for various marketing and sales processes
- Integrate Go High Level with other tools and platforms to create a seamless workflow
- Train team members on Go High Level best practices and updates
- Create and manage documentation and resources in regards to Go High Level setup processes, and management best practices

Additional Tasks
- Set up automated lead scoring and qualification systems
- Implement chatbots for customer service and lead generation
- Create automated reporting and analytics dashboards
- Develop AI-powered personalization for marketing campaigns
- Automate appointment scheduling and follow-up processes

Requirements
- Proven experience with automation tools, particularly Make.com and Go High Level
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT and other AI technologies for business applications
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API integrations and basic programming concepts
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices

Job Details
- Part-time position (20-25 hours per week)
