Automation & Systems Specialist - Operations & Tech Manager - GHL, ClickFunnels, Zapier

We’re seeking an experienced Operations & Technology Manager to oversee our tech stack, drive operational efficiency, and implement cutting-edge solutions to support our growth.

This position if full-time, and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Technology Oversight
-Ensure smooth functionality and reliability of all operational systems, tools, and software.
-Monitor and maintain the performance of technology platforms to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Project Management
-Plan, guide, and execute new tech and operations projects with detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
-Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Team Leadership
-Manage and mentor members of the tech team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
-Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.

Tech Stack Management & Tool Research
-Manage the full technology stack, ensuring all tools are effectively integrated and optimized for business needs.
-Continuously research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance business operations and improve efficiency.
-Regularly review existing tools, identifying opportunities to consolidate or replace systems for cost-effectiveness and performance improvements.
-Lead the implementation of new tools, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.

Solution Building
-Partner with leaders in sales, marketing, and client success to understand challenges and develop tailored solutions.
-Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Documentation & Processes
-Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and comprehensive documentation for all business workflows.

Tech Troubleshooting
-Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize impact on operations.
-Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and implement fixes swiftly.

Web Design & Funnel Creation
-Design, build, and optimize web pages, sales funnels, and other digital assets to support business goals.

Requirements:
-Experience with all tools above (or most)
-Experience with BPMN (preferred)
-Proven experience in operations and technology management in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong project management skills with a history of successfully delivering tech initiatives.
-Proficiency with the tools listed above or similar platforms.
-Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to create and document clear, actionable processes and SOPs.
-Hands-on experience with web design, funnel building, and automation tools.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
