Automation Specialist (Make.com) – Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to streamline and optimize our business processes using automation tools like Make.com. The ideal candidate is well-organized, structured, and capable of overseeing company-wide processes to create seamless, self-sustaining workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Automation:

• Design and implement automated workflows that simplify and optimize our internal business processes.
• Ensure processes run efficiently and require minimal manual intervention.
• Maintain a holistic overview of the company's operations to integrate and automate workflows effectively.

2. Automation Strategy & Execution:

• Identify opportunities for automation across departments.
• Develop structured and standardized automation processes that align with business objectives.
• Ensure that all implemented automations function seamlessly and remain scalable.

3. Workflow Development & Optimization:

• Design and implement Make.com workflows that enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all automation processes are well-structured, unified, and maintainable.
• Regularly review and refine workflows to improve performance.

4. Documentation & Maintenance:

• Document all automation workflows, including detailed descriptions and operational guidelines.
• Monitor existing automations and proactively resolve issues.
• Continuously update and enhance workflows to adapt to evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in automation tools, particularly Make.com (proven experience required).
Strong organizational and structured work approach.
Ability to analyze business operations and develop efficient automation strategies.
Experience in designing and implementing workflows that function reliably.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Hours & Flexibility:

Minimum 20 hours per week, with the possibility to increase up to 40 hours per week based on performance.
Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Remote position – work from anywhere.
SALARY: 1000 USD/mo (5,78 USD/hour)
