Are you an experienced Automation Specialist ready to implement efficient workflows and connect platforms? We’re looking for someone to help us automate blog post scheduling for our current SEO and blog clients, with the potential for ongoing work as we expand.

What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be responsible for connecting Make to WordPress via webhook, automating blog post scheduling from Google Docs, and ensuring posts are published on time. Your tasks will include:

Integrating Make with WordPress via webhook.
Automating blog post publishing from Google Docs to the correct website on the scheduled date.
Troubleshooting automation workflows and refining processes.
Expanding automation for other clients and new sites as our business grows.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Make (formerly Integromat) and WordPress integration.
Expertise in creating automation workflows linked to work management platforms.
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and organisational abilities.
Bonus Points for Experience With:

Other automation platforms.
Familiarity with SEO workflows and content management.
Payment and Contract Details:

Payment will be on a contract basis.
Let us know your hourly rate in AUD or your price for the initial implementation.
Potential for ongoing work with future automation projects and new client sites.
Hours must be logged on Time Doctor for payment.
