JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

LawLaw is looking for a No/Low-Code Automation Specialist to help streamline and improve our business' workflows. You’ll work closely with the founder and legal operations team to audit, enhance, and build automations that connect key tools in our tech stack.

This is a flexible, part-time role, perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who is tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development: Build and refine automations using Zapier (or equivalent) across our tools, including Airtable, Pipefy, Google Drive, Slack, Intercom, and Tally.so.

Workflow Audits & Improvements: Review existing automations and suggest improvements for better efficiency, data accuracy, and reliability.

Example Projects:

Client Portal Development: Create a customer portal that integrates with existing tools and workflows using pre-built solutions like Rocketlane/Copilot.

Case Tracking & Status Updates: Create internal tracking workflows for legal operations team, ensuring smooth updates and end-of-day reporting that integrates among Airtable, Sheets, Slack, etc.

Data Collection & Organization: Improve our existing processes for gathering, storing, and managing case-related data.

Integration & Troubleshooting: Ensure all automated processes run smoothly, debug issues, and optimize where needed.

Required Skills

No-Code/Low-Code Automation Experience: Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Airtable automations, or similar tools.

Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: Ability to assess business processes, find bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve system efficiency.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to track multiple automation processes and maintain accuracy.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Self-starter who can troubleshoot issues independently and proactively find solutions.

Familiarity with these tools is a plus, but not required!

Other Requirements

Availability during some US business hours (at least 1-2 days per week) for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and project discussions. The rest of the hours are flexible.
