Automation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to develop, implement, and manage automation processes that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience working with automation tools like Monday.com and Zapier, with a strong understanding of workflow optimization, process automation, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using Monday.com, Zapier, and other relevant tools.
• Integrate various platforms and software solutions to streamline business operations.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve task efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Document processes and train team members on best automation practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in automation, workflow management, and process optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Monday.com, Zapier, and other workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot automation errors.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple automation tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional automation tools (e.g., Make, ActiveCampaign, or CRM systems).
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for advanced automation solutions.
• Experience working with remote teams and implementing automation in a virtual work environment.
