Automation Specialist
The Automation Specialist will focus on automating the generation of recurring key reports related to finance, supply chain, and other operational metrics to improve efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy. The role may also support broader automation needs across the organization, such as optimizing workflows, enhancing data integrations, and streamlining processes.
Responsibilities
Report Automation - Design workflows to automate financial, supply chain, inventory, and sales reports. Integrate Amazon Seller Central with reporting tools to track key metrics.
Workflow Automation - Automate recurring processes like task assignments, notifications, and data sync to reduce manual effort. Maintain automated solutions for project management, communication, and collaboration tools.
Data Integration - Connect systems (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets) for seamless data flow and workflow continuity. Build real-time dashboards for easy access to key business data.
Recurring Tasks Automation - Streamline P&L reporting, stock forecasting, and order tracking. Automate alerts for low-stock, financial anomalies, or supply chain disruptions.
KPI Monitoring - Create systems to monitor and report KPIs for finance, supply chain, and operations.
Scalable Automation Solutions - Identify new automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions for business growth.
Workflow & KPI Monitoring - Facilitate or support the automation of general workflows to reduce manual effort and coordinate KPI monitoring systems for various business functions as needed.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement - Maintain workflow documentation and enhance existing processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
2+ years in process automation, reporting, or workflow optimization, preferably in e-commerce.
Familiarity with ClickUp and Amazon Seller Central reporting (preferred).
Proficient in workflow automation tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
Knowledge of APIs, data connectors, and dashboards.
Basic understanding of financial, supply chain, and operational metrics.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Proactive with effective communication and team collaboration.
Experience designing scalable workflows, and basic programming/scripting knowledge (huge plus)
