HostSensei is a growing short-term rental management and co-hosting business. We specialize in optimizing rental operations, driving bookings, and providing top-tier guest experiences. We want to expand our portfolio and have property and Airbnb owners avail our co-hosting services. We are now seeking an Automation & Funnel Expert with deep experience in Go High Level to streamline our sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation: Drive sales campaigns, optimize CRM strategies, and generate high-quality leads.

Automation & Funnel Development: Build and manage sales funnels, automated workflows, and integrations using Go High Level.

Website & CRM Management: Develop and optimize websites, landing pages, and email sequences.

Technical Optimization: Implement tools, integrations, and systems to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing (Preferred): Run and manage ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in Go High Level (funnels, automation, CRM management)
? Sales and lead generation expertise in real estate, property acquisition, or Airbnb co-hosting
? Strong technical skills in building and managing automation workflows
? Digital marketing knowledge (preferred) with experience in paid ad campaigns
? Ability to analyze data and improve sales processes
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
