JOB OVERVIEW

As an Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows that integrate various tools and systems, particularly using Make.com and Airtable. You will work closely with our team to understand our business needs and create custom automations that improve efficiency, save time, and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build complex workflows and automations using Make.com to integrate various tools and systems.
- Set up and manage Airtable databases, including designing tables, views, and forms to optimize business processes.
- Develop automations that connect Airtable with other tools via Make.com, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
- Document all automation processes and provide training/support to team members as needed.
- Continuously monitor the performance of automations and implement improvements based on business needs and changes.

Required Skills:

- Make.com Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Make.com, including setting up complex workflows, connecting various apps, and troubleshooting.
- Airtable Mastery: Strong experience in setting up and managing Airtable databases, including creating advanced formulas, views, and automations within Airtable.
- API Integrations: Familiarity with using APIs within Make.com to connect tools and platforms that may not have native integrations.
- Automation Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within automation workflows quickly and efficiently.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with other automation platforms like Zapier or similar tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages to create custom functions in automations.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and project management software.
