Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist with expertise in technical automation and back-office management to support our expanding SEO agency. This role focuses on developing and maintaining automation workflows, streamlining processes, and resolving technical issues using AI tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and highly proficient in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

*Automation Development and Optimization:*
* Design, maintain, and improve automation workflows using MAKE (Integromat) and API tools.
* Develop integration processes between various systems to enhance operational efficiency.

*Data Analysis and AI Optimization:*
* Utilize Google Sheets and analytics tools to interpret data and improve performance.
* Leverage AI-powered tools like ChatGPT to troubleshoot technical challenges and enhance workflow automation.

*Technical Support and System Enhancements:*
* Provide technical assistance for information management systems, CRMs, and task management tools.
* Identify and implement improvements to back-office operations for greater efficiency.
* Independently manage tasks and meet deadlines while handling complex technical challenges.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills:

* Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement automation solutions independently.
* Experience working with MAKE (Integromat) or similar automation platforms.
* Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and Google Apps Script automation.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for workflow optimization and problem-solving.
