The Opportunity:
As an Automation Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions across platforms like Facebook, ChatGPT, EL Messenger Pro, Sell by Chat, and ManyChat. You’ll support our marketing team by optimizing systems for our clients, ensuring quality control, and training team members to troubleshoot and execute these processes effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Automation Implementation & Management
Design, build, and optimize workflows across platforms like ManyChat, EL Messenger Pro, and Sell by Chat.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to create effective automation strategies for content and client communications.
Integrate automation tools into clients' existing systems to improve efficiency and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues across platforms.

Team Training & Quality Control
Train Virtual Assistants (VAs) and new team members to use automation tools effectively.
Develop training materials, guides, and SOPs for streamlined onboarding and troubleshooting.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure team members maintain high standards of execution.

Client Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement client-specific automation strategies.
Provide ongoing support for clients’ automation needs, ensuring smooth functionality and optimization.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop scalable systems that align with business goals.

Process Improvement & Innovation
Continuously learn new tools and platforms, ensuring our agency stays ahead of industry trends.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in scaling automation processes across multiple clients and projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with automation tools like ManyChat, EL Messenger Pro, Sell by Chat, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
Strong ability to learn and implement new systems quickly.
Experience in training and mentoring team members, with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiarity with marketing workflows and client relationship management.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
