Automation Engineer

Company Overview: We are a marketing agency that helps companies develop and implement GTM strategies to drive revenue. We use Clay software, among a vast array of other tools, to implement systems aimed at driving revenue for mid-market and enterprise companies.

Role Description: We’re growing quickly and are looking for an Automation Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building complex Clay tables and integrating them into our clients' internal and outbound workflows. This role involves close collaboration with clients to manage projects, structure effective email campaigns using tools like Smartlead.ai and Instantly.ai, and assist in developing internal automation and organizational systems.

Responsibilities:
-Design and implement complex Clay tables tailored to client needs.
-Use a variety of tools to scrape data from the internet.
-Structure and manage dynamic email campaigns in sequencing tools.
-Work directly with internal Account Managers to contribute to and deliver projects on schedule.
-Develop and implement internal automation systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Must Have Qualifications:
-Technical/programming experience- must have at least 1 year of experience with Python, SQL, or Javascript.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex
concepts to non-technical audiences.
-A strong work ethic and quick learner.
-Familiarity with software such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead.ai, Instantly.ai, and other B2B SaaS tools.
