We believe that one book can be the foundation of a successful enterprise, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help our clients achieve this transformation.

Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our clients' business growth through social media management, marketing funnel creation, email marketing, and client relationship management. This role is remote and requires excellent organizational skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in relevant Facebook groups
Build and manage targeted prospect lists
Create and optimize sales consultation booking systems
Manage the qualification process through application forms
Schedule and coordinate sales consultations
Handle pre and post-consultation communication
Track lead sources and conversion rates
Build relationships with potential clients through engagement
Convert group members into email subscribers
Manage the complete pipeline from lead to consultation

Marketing & Nurture

Build automated email sequences for prospects
Create engaging social content across platforms
Design lead magnets and marketing materials
Moderate client Facebook groups
Track and optimize conversion metrics
Set up and manage webinar funnels

Client Support

Handle client onboarding
Manage booking calendars
Create training materials
Support client success initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in virtual assistance or digital marketing
Proficiency in social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite)
Experience with email marketing platforms
Strong graphic design skills
Excellent written communication abilities
Proficiency in project management tools
Experience with AI writing tools
