Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads.
Credit Report Analysis: Review and analyze credit reports to identify negative items.
Customer Onboarding: Persuade potential clients to sign up for our credit repair services.
Customer Support: Handle support tickets on Freshdesk and respond to customer emails.
Dispute Resolution: Communicate with creditors, banks, and credit bureaus to dispute inaccuracies on behalf of our clients.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Excel Sheet Management: Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track leads, client progress, and other relevant data.
Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Note: Training will be provided but not spoon-feeding; self-motivation is essential.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in credit repair and sales, with a focus on cold calling.
Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Freshdesk or similar customer support platforms.
Excel Proficiency: Experience in creating and managing Excel sheets.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
