JOB TITLE: Audio Technical Support
DEPARTMENT: Audio Deployment Team
Primary Objective: The Audio Technical Support Specialist is passionate about our company's brand and products. They would need to be capable of migrating devices from a server to the cloud (redirecting IP addresses), scheduling a test, confirming results, tracking, etc. WE WILL TRAIN ON ALL OF THIS for an applicant with IT experience who is willing to learn.
Pay Rate: $500 USD per month
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm US EST Monday - Friday (40 Hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Audio Deployment team on initial device setup
- Help to migrate existing devices from a server to the cloud by redirecting IP addresses
- Comprehend and apply technical information
- Perform data entry duties, monitor, operate or coordinate and assist others in the operation of audio computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Utilize computer audio equipment, software and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of computer audio operations assignments.
- Update supervisor on status of audio projects as well as scheduling, confirming results and tracking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of related experience with Tech Support and/or Audio Equipment & Support.
- Experience using Google Suite, and other basic computer related skills.
- Experience using NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and adapt to change.
- Ability to work under pressure with interruptions and challenging deadlines.
- Must show aptitude and desire to learn new skills on the job.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented, collaborative and have a positive attitude.
- Strong customer-service orientation with ability to be courteous and helpful.
