Attorney

Sina Rez Law is a premier lemon law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in representing California clients who have been sold defective vehicles under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. We are expanding our legal team and seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Attorney based in the Philippines to support our case preparation efforts. This is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality legal work to ensure our clients receive the best representation possible.

The Attorney will play a critical role in preparing case materials by summarizing repair records, creating repair history chronologies, performing repurchase calculations, and drafting complaints. No prior lemon law experience is required, but candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid legal background, excellent analytical abilities, and the flexibility to work efficiently during the designated hours of 3 PM - 11 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Review and summarize repair records to create detailed repair history chronologies for lemon law cases.
Perform repurchase calculations in accordance with California lemon law statutes.
Draft complaints and other legal documents with precision and clarity, showcasing strong writing skills.
Collaborate with the case management team to ensure all case materials are prepared accurately and on time.
Utilize case management systems to document and track case progress.
Communicate effectively with U.S.-based teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to provide updates and address case-related queries.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in the Philippines with a minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
Exceptional attention to detail to accurately summarize complex repair records and perform calculations.
Strong writing skills to draft clear, professional, and legally sound complaints and documents.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless communication with the U.S. team.
Ability to work remotely during 3 PM - 11 PM Pacific Time (which corresponds to 6 AM - 2 PM Philippine Time the next day, due to the 15-hour time difference).
Required to install Hubstaff on your work computer for time tracking (any associated costs, including software or hardware upgrades, will be covered by Sina Rez Law).
Fast and reliable internet connection to support remote work and virtual collaboration.
Experience with case management systems and legal software is a plus.
