The Assistant to the HOA Services Director supports the Director in managing the daily operations of the Homeowners Association (HOA). The assistant will handle administrative tasks, and provide support for various HOA projects and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Assist the HOA Services Director in day-to-day operations.
o Manage correspondence, including
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
o Maintain and organize HOA records and documents.
2. Project Support:
o Provide support for HOA projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
o Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
o Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
3. Financial Assistance:
o Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial reports.
o Help manage HOA dues and assessments.
o Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in administrative support, property management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience assisting C-level executives.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
