JOB OVERVIEW

Act as a liaison between staff members and the office of the whom assisting to ensure important information is relayed, escalated issues are flagged and resolved, and mediocre matters are solved by appropriate parties.

Keep an organized schedule of events, meetings, conference/ZOOM calls, and international communications in order to confidently debrief executives on such plans
.
Attend internal and external meetings as necessary

Participate in standard advisory duties such as sending emails and other electronic correspondences, scheduling etc.

Create and write, draft, and edit important data such as documents, reports, proof letters, and memos.

Provides onboarding support to new hires (may include: org/team overview, training, sharing resources)

Assist in reviewing applications / contacting candidates/ obtaining new hire documentation

Other duties as assigned

Required:
High School Diploma
2 years of administrative support
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Preferred:
College/University Degree
Female


Compensation/Extras:
$3.00/hour (Up to 10/hrs/wk)
Basic Health Benefits after 6 months of employment
Uniform Allowance
