We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our mobile pet grooming business. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating groomer schedules, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Booking appointments accurately and efficiently using our scheduling system.
Coordinating with groomers to schedule appointments and manage their schedules effectively.
Sending appointment reminders and follow-up communications to clients.
Managing and updating client information in our database.
Following up with clients for feedback on their appointments.
Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assisting with social media management and online marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in the pet industry or a passion for animals is a plus.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Location: Remote/Work from Home
