Our team is known for compassionate and accurate readings, and we’re looking for a skilled Assistant Tarot Reader to support our lead advisor in preparing and researching tarot and astrology insights.

Position Overview:
This is a behind-the-scenes support role where you’ll work closely with our expert advisor to prepare materials, conduct research, and deepen our service offerings. You won’t interact directly with clients; instead, you’ll ensure the advisor has everything needed to deliver high-quality, insightful tarot and astrology readings. If you’re passionate about tarot, astrology, and learning from a professional, this role is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in an organized, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize tarot cards, spreads, and prepare materials to assist the advisor in conducting readings.
Research tarot and astrology topics to enhance our advisor’s insights and knowledge.
Manage the advisor’s schedule, coordinating to ensure smooth preparation for each session.
Create and maintain a database of notes, insights, and tarot spreads for the advisor’s easy access.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company protocols and service goals.
Requirements:

Experience or Interest in Tarot & Astrology: Basic understanding of tarot symbols, astrology concepts, or a strong interest in learning.
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, ability to maintain organized materials, and support scheduling needs.
Proactive Attitude: Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and enhance the advisor’s efficiency.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear communication and a supportive, collaborative approach.
Preferred Experience:

Background in Metaphysical Studies: Training in tarot, astrology, numerology, or similar is a plus.
Research Experience: Ability to conduct research and create accessible, organized summaries.
