Position Overview:
As the Project Manager / Account Manager at Denver Digital Agency you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects while maintaining effective communication and collaboration among internal teams and clients. Your combined responsibilities of project management and client account management will contribute to the agency's reputation for delivering outstanding results and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Set up and maintain Asana boards and teams to organize and track project tasks, deadlines, and progress.
Ensure that tasks are being completed on time by coordinating with tea
Work closely with writers, link builders, JR SEOs, SEO Manager, Head Of Off Page SEO, and Head Of On Page SEO to ensure seamless task execution and resource allocation.
Assist in task communication, allocation, and team organization to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and expectations.
Deliver project updates, deliverables, and performance reports to clients in a clear and timely manner.
Communicate with clients through various channels, including
Client Communication:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and goals.
Craft and deliver professional and informative client communications, ensuring all client queries and requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
Effectively manage client expectations and provide proactive recommendations for optimizing their digital marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage administrative aspects of client accounts, including document management, meeting notes, brand guidelines, reporting set up, and access to all necessary client accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, communications, and project details.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Content Creation, SEO, and Off-Page SEO, to ensure projects are aligned with client objectives and agency strategies.
Coordinate resources and efforts to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential challenges, roadblocks, or issues within projects and work proactively to address them in collaboration with relevant teams and the Director of Client Success.
Client Success and Growth:
Strive to exceed client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to contribute to client retention and agency growth.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management and client communication processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management and client account management within the digital marketing or agency environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

9. Warning and Termination Process:
In cases of Asana board mismanagement, consistent task delays or incompletions, or inadequate client communication, one official warning will be issued. If the situation does not improve following the warning, termination consideration may occur.
10. Continuous Improvement and Adaptability:
Continual assessment of processes and adaptability to changing project requirements contribute to effective project management. Identifying areas for improvement enhances overall efficiency.

Upholding professionalism in interactions and communications, both internally and with clients, is paramount.
