JOB OVERVIEW

Assistant Product Manager

As an Assistant Product Manager at Rudderr LLC, you will work closely with the Management team to assist in the development, execution, and management of new brands we are working with. You will play a key role in conducting market research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that product initiatives align with our mission to deliver the help for the brands we work with.


Qualifications:


· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Knowledge of Amazon and other ecommerce sites is a plus.

· Familiarity with product management tools and data analysis tools (Helium10, Trello, Hubspot)

· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

· Customer-centric mindset.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Support:
Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and timelines.
Support the Management Team, in defining requirements, specs, and features based on brand’s needs, trends, and scientific advancements.

Collaborate on prioritizing features and enhancements.

2. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research.

3. Analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Prepare reports summarizing research findings.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams.
Help organize meetings and track project progress.
Address and resolve project blockers.

5. Daily Status Updates:
Create daily status updates highlighting project progress and potential blockers.

6. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain documentation for product specifications and user stories.
Assist in preparing product launch plans and generating performance reports.

7. Quality Assurance:
Participate in testing and provide feedback on product features.

8. Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks related to product management.
