This position assists in the operations of a law firm, including managing documents and administrative tasks. To be considered, please take the DISC assessment and IQ test.
This job is performed between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. You must have your own computer and 2 screens.
I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and manage evidence as part of our team’s workflow.
2. Help manage the firm’s calendar so it runs like clockwork.
3. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and administrative personnel via
4. Utilize electronic tools and systems, including court and vendor platforms, to facilitate case management.
5. Be cross-trained in administrative and paralegal tasks to provide seamless support when needed.
6. Forward e-sign documents and manage digital workflows.

8. From time to time, handle phone communications, including answering calls, routing messages, and managing scheduling tasks.
II. Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
2. Familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings and collaboration.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management.
4. Ability to quickly learn new software.
5. C2 in English proficiency required.
