• Buildings & The Built Environment: Curious about architecture, engineering, construction (AEC) or commercial real estate? We service clients primarily in the AEC industry, as well as associated real estate focused non-profit entities.

PRAXIS Strategic Consulting is accepting resumes for a part time assistant marketing coordinator. The assistant marketing coordinator will assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks and will be given exposure to a broad range of marketing responsibilities. You will gain an understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry and associated non-profits, as well as valuable experience with developing internal communications, project proposals, and marketing.
Responsibilities may include social media management, supporting internal communications campaigns, updating presentations and reference documents, and writing/editing blog articles or other marketing materials for current PRAXIS clients as well as internal initiatives and light administrative work.

Ideal candidates should be able to work at least 25 hours per week REMOTLEY. We are looking for someone who will work within the same hours as us, which are 9am - 5pm (Central Time Zone). The perfect candidate is self-disciplined, independent but a team player, a taskmaster, detail oriented, and excellent with time management and communication. Our new team member will need to be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform with accuracy for long periods of time.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Social media management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content for various social media platforms (mainly focused on LinkedIn and Instagram, followed by Twitter and Facebook). Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Content development including drafting publications, website, email/newsletters, and social media content
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Develop compelling email content, design templates, and manage email distribution lists.
• Assisting in maintenance of the client databases and database entry
• Create/update presentations and proposals
• Support data gathering and resulting analysis, measurement, and reporting including interfacing with project teams
• Manage internal/external organizational communications including social media, newsletters and online calendars.
• Perform applied research duties in support of projects
• Collaborate to design, build, and execute internal campaigns as well as articles for client communications

We are looking for an individual who has a solid foundation of knowledge and practical work experience in content creation and editing.

We use Teamwork for Project Management (similar to Asana, Monday, Basecamp) and meet weekly our team via Zoom.

Other tools/applications: SocialPilot (social media management), Brevo (email management), Airtable (data/content management)

Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in basic graphic design: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred, Canva experience also welcomed
• Other software experience that is a plus: SocialPilot (social media scheduling and management), Airtable (data and content management)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Will utilize skills for creative writing, design, and mass communication
• Detail oriented, organized, creative, and ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Effective time management skills (deadline/results driven)
• Self-motivated, creative, self-directed, and responsible
• Ability to support several small to medium-sized projects, in addition to working on long-term projects

System and Work Setup Requirements:
• Consistent and reliable internet access, ability and availability to meet & collaborate virtually during our business hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Central Time (United States)
•A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
