Art Director Wanted – YouTube Motion Graphics Channel (Remote)

We're launching a high-quality YouTube channel and need a creative Art Director to define our visual style!

This role is perfect for someone who loves motion graphics, storytelling, and designing engaging visuals for video content. You’ll be responsible for setting the creative direction, developing style guides, and working closely with motion designers to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities
Own the visual style & creative direction for our YouTube channel.
Review scripts and translate them into clear visual concepts.
Create style guides, mood boards, and key design elements for motion graphics.
Collaborate with motion designers to ensure visuals match the creative vision.
Provide feedback & revisions to maintain quality and consistency.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices in digital content.

Requirements
? Strong background in Art Direction & Motion Graphics
? Expertise in design software: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
? Experience developing style guides & creative direction
? Familiarity with YouTube video content & engaging visual storytelling
? Ability to work with motion graphics specialists & animators
? Excellent communication skills – must be able to give clear design feedback

Preferred Experience
Experience working in motion design, branding, or video content creation.
Previous work with YouTube channels, digital media, or animation studios.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
A portfolio that showcases motion graphics, branding, or video content design.
