JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing company with three E-commerce stores seeking a tech-savvy, detail-focused E-commerce Product Lead Specialist skilled in Automation, Web Scraping, and Vendor Relations. This full-time role involves managing and automating product data, ensuring that our thousands of SKUs stay accurate and up-to-date.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, patience, and a methodical approach. Strong English writing and speaking skills are essential for occasional communication with vendors via email, chat, or phone to ensure accurate and timely product information. Additionally, expertise in web scraping and automation is critical to streamline data management and product updates.

Work hours will align with U.S. business hours. There will be an initial 1-month trial period.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management & Data Integration:
- Oversee product listings, managing and updating SKUs.
- Coordinate with vendors for accurate product details, including pricing, specifications, and lead times.
- Maintain and update databases with product and vendor information.

• Automation & Web Scraping
- Develop, configure, and implement web scraping processes to monitor partner sites for product updates, including new additions or discontinued items.
- Automate and streamline Shopify integrations, enabling efficient import/export processes to update product data in bulk.
- Utilize pre-existing systems and tools for automated updates, ensuring future scalability and providing clear documentation for team reference.

• Inventory & Operational Oversight
- Track and reconcile inventory levels.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management, product listing optimization, and team workflows.

• Optimization & Analysis
- Analyze product performance data and implement listing optimizations to enhance visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Utilize insights from customer feedback, sales metrics, and data analytics to refine product and business strategies.

• Collaboration & Support
- Lead a team of 1-2 VAs in managing day-to-day operations and addressing product-related issues.
- Train and support team members on using automation tools and implementing SOPs.

• Other basic operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:
• Work experience as a Product Manager
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in E-commerce Product Management
• Proficiency in web scraping tools and techniques
• Experience in custom solution development is a plus
• Proven expertise in Shopify. Being a Shopify Certified Developer will be an advantage.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Suite, and familiarity with Airtable and ClickUp
• Write mushroom in your application to show your attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good analytical skills with an ability to meet deadlines

Communication and meetings will be primarily conducted through voice chat (Google Meet) and Slack.

• Payments will be made weekly for the first four weeks starting from the third week of employment, and then bi-monthly every other Tuesday.
• Your work schedule will consist of 40 hours per week
• Your working hours will be from 9 PM to 6 AM (or 10 PM to 7 PM), PHT, with a 1-hour break, five days a week
