Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back office
tasks, making sure our department runs smoothly. Issuing work orders, follow up on work orders, lease renewals, and creating documentation to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end of leases.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Complete, assign, and follow up on inbox messages to clear daily
2. Make sure appointments are up to date. Make
sure appointment reminders are sent. Confirm
appointments with contacts.
3. Update Rex Software database with accurate and correct data
4. Organize the

departments or tag PM
5. Check new maintenance to assign or query PM
6. Follow up on outstanding maintenance
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year
experience in the following
1. Customer service
2. Real estate knowledge desired
3. Data entry
We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that
our VA would be:

- Monday Automations
This is a full-time position 40 hours
Mondays to Saturdays, 1pm to 5pm EST. The other 4 hours are
flexible.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6
month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
